The types of services offered at IAS varies greatly depending on the individual needs of each person. Each person in the service is involved in a regular person-centered planning process which focuses on their desires, dreams, goals, and their personal assessment of satisfaction in all aspects of their life. At IAS we strongly believe the person centered approach is the only way to guarantee a person's satisfaction and hence the quality of our service.

IAS Purpose

The purpose of IAS is to succeed in partnership with people with disabilities to provide excellent services that foster independence, realise potential and promote healthy, active, contributing members of the wider community. Services provided by competent and qualified staff include facilitation of activities of daily living and workplace and community access, advocacy and education. IAS will expand its services and operations to provide quality educational, social and support facilities to as many people as possible, and to achieve excellence in all its activities and projects.
