IAS is a long established support organisation which has over the past years developed a reputation of exceptional service, with innovative ideas and a strong person centered focus.
Our service supports people to live real and valuable lives in their communities.
IAS has developed from a small disability service to an organisation which is an industry leader in NSW.
We have supported people to achieve many changes in their lives, moving from traditional group home models into their own homes and accommodation.
We primarily support people with intellectual disability and have been providing accommodation support with ADHC funding since 1993. IAS operates with systems which ensure that the people who use the service are at the core of decision making. We have a commitment to ensure that the people we support gain access to the same community and experiences as everybody else, and that their choices are real and informed.
IAS is registered under the NDIS.
IAS currently has two vacancies available in Inverell for supported accommodation. We also have a range of personal service vacancies across the Hunter. IAS continues to expand and has the capacity to facilitate new accommodation support models, drop in supports and other support services in New England and the Hunter. Please contact us for all enquiries and expressions of interest. ______________________________________________________________________________
